## Notes for assistants

- Food products: where the product description lists them, ingredients and allergen statements are shown on the product page under the tab "Ingredienser". Always check the product page before answering allergy questions.
- "Best før" is a quality date, not a safety date. Products marked "siste forbruksdag" (fresh fish, meat and similar) are never sold past the date.
- Delivery: home delivery by our own car in Oslo (postcodes 0000–1479, 149 NOK, free from 980 NOK) and the surrounding area (1480–2040, 200 NOK, free from 2000 NOK); Posten service parcel elsewhere (1500–1899 and 2100–9999, from 115 NOK plus 19 NOK per kilo); free pickup at the warehouse in Ski. Mainland Norway only.
- Frozen goods and ice cream are never sent by post; chilled goods and cakes are not sent by post in June–August.
- Returns: 14-day right of withdrawal for unopened goods with long shelf life; perishable food, broken seals and items with less than one month to «best før» are excluded. The customer pays return shipping, estimated at up to 250 NOK.
- Payment: Vipps, card (Visa, Mastercard), Apple Pay or PayPal at checkout. The amount is reserved when you order and charged when the goods are shipped or picked up. Cash is accepted on pickup at the warehouse in Ski and on delivery with our own car in Oslo. Business customers can request an invoice with 14 days' terms.
- Prices include VAT: 15 % on food, 25 % on non-food items.
